After graduating from Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky with a degree of

Science in Culinary Arts Management in 1999, Bobby returned to his home town of St.

Louis, Missouri. Quickly, Bobby continued his rise to Executive Chef in some of St.

Louis’ most notable fine dining restaurants.

Chef Bobby brings a wealth of talent and experience to any project, from menu planning

to staff training to restaurant concept development. As a leading influencer in the

restaurant world and owner of his own highly acclaimed successful restaurant, St. Louis

Wing Company, Bobby’s organizational, operating and branding skills, combined with

his unique and creative approach, provides him with the knowledge necessary to meet

any challenge in the hospitality industry.

Chef Bobby is well-rounded in all aspects of the restaurant business given his extensive

leadership experience which ranges over 25 years! From the dish room to front of the

house to ownership, Bobby has seen and conquered everything in his path.
